Customer survey results template for PowerPoint

Share what customers said: who answered, the main findings, and what to do.

Free: it uses no credits. You get your own copy to edit, in the look you pick here.

Look: Blush

When to use it

Use it after a customer survey, to share who answered, what they said and what you will do about it.

How to use it

  1. Make your own copy. It opens in the editor, where you can change the theme and edit anything.
  2. Fill in the fields below, and answer the question each slide asks with your own content and numbers.
  3. Download it as an editable PowerPoint file, or as a PDF. The file is reopened and checked before it is offered.

Slide by slide

  1. Customer survey results [survey] · [date]
  2. Who answered Responses received, People invited, Response rate
  3. What they told us First theme, Second theme, Third theme
  4. In their own words Which comments show each theme best? Which are used with permission?
  5. What we will do What changes first? How will we tell customers?
  6. Next steps When we will ask again, and what will have changed by then.
