Terms of use
Last updated 28 October 2026
The service
Claravo helps you make presentations and written documents from a prompt, your files and, if you choose, the web. It is operated by Twishiv Platforms Private Limited (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
Claravo is for business use. To make an account you must be 18 or older and use it for your work or your organisation's; sign-up asks you to confirm both. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
You use Claravo as a business, not as a consumer, and consumer-protection rules for personal purchases do not apply to these terms, except where the law says they always do. If we find an account is used by a consumer, we may close it and refund any payment for the time left.
If you lose both your authenticator device and your recovery codes, contact support; an administrator can reset two-step sign-in after checking who you are.
Your content
What you upload and create is yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store it, process it, send the parts described in the privacy notice to the services listed there, and show it to people you share it with. We do not use it to train models. For personal information in your content, the data processing agreement is part of these terms.
That permission includes showing your content publicly when you publish a page or share a link, for as long as you keep it published or shared, and keeping backup copies for the periods the privacy notice states. It ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from those backups.
Only upload material you have the right to use. You are responsible for what you present.
When you upload or record audio or video of other people (with Audio to deck, Video to deck or Record and send), you confirm that everyone recorded knows about it and has agreed to it, as the law where they are requires, and that you may use the recording as you do in Claravo.
A data room is yours. You are responsible for the terms you write for it and for whom you share its link with. Claravo asks a visitor for an email address and, if you wrote terms, for their agreement, but it does not check who the visitor is: the address is whatever they type.
Claravo itself (its software, design, templates, themes and brand) belongs to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
AI-written text and AI images may not be protected by copyright in every country, and the AI may write something similar for someone else. We do not promise that you can stop others from using similar material.
AI-written content
Slides written by a language model can be wrong, even when they cite a source. The service marks what came from your files and from the web, and does not invent figures on purpose, but you must check a deck before relying on it or showing it.
Fee tables
In a fee table, Claravo works out each amount, the subtotal, any discount, the tax and the total from the quantities, rates and tax rate you enter. You set the prices and choose the tax rate, and you are responsible for the tax treatment of your fees: Claravo does not give tax advice. Claravo works out every amount in a fee table; the AI never writes a fee table's prices.
Stock photos
Photos from Pexels are used under the Pexels licence. Each is credited in the speaker notes; keep the credit.
Google Drive and Slides
If you connect a Google account, Claravo puts the decks you send there into your own Drive and reads only the Drive files you pick. Those files are then under Google's terms. Google converts a deck into Slides itself; check the result, because some layouts can shift. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
OneDrive and SharePoint
If you connect a Microsoft account, Claravo reads, as you, only the files you pick in its file browser, and only to use them as source material. Add only files you are allowed to use that way. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
AI images
If AI images are offered on your plan, an image you make is generated by OpenAI from your description. Claravo marks it as AI-generated in three ways: an “AI-generated” label on the picture wherever it is shown or exported, a line in the slide's notes, and a standard tag inside the image file itself. It is not a photograph: do not present it as a real scene, person or product. You are responsible for the description you give and for how you use the image. As between you and us, an image you make is yours to use, to the extent any rights in it exist; we do not promise that it is protected by copyright or that it does not resemble other material. Do not remove or hide these marks where the law requires content made by AI to be labelled, and follow OpenAI's usage policies when you describe an image.
Plans and payment
If plans are offered, each has a monthly number of creations, counted as follows; each plan's numbers, including how much deep web research counts, are on the pricing page.
- Counted: each deck, document or carousel Claravo makes, and each rebuild from its outline unless a plan says rebuilds are free, with or without a language model.
- Counted: an AI-written Adapt copy, as one creation, when it rewrites at least one slide; and a translated copy, as one creation, when it translates at least one slide.
- Counted: Improve the writing and an Ask AI request for the whole deck, each as one creation, when you apply a result that rewrites at least one slide and it is saved. Making a preview, discarding it, or an Apply that is refused costs nothing, and several previews followed by one Apply cost one.
- Deep web research can count as more than one creation, as each plan says, once the web search has run, even when no page could be cited. It counts as one when the research fails or does not run.
- Premium quality can count as more than one creation, as each plan says; so can rebuilding a Premium deck from its outline on a plan that counts rebuilds. With deep research too, the extra creations add up.
- Not counted: turning one kind into another, importing a PowerPoint file, copies from a template, and filled-in merge copies.
- Not counted: editing by hand, exporting, sharing and presenting.
- Never counted: a run that fails or that you cancel.
- Ask AI requests about one slide are not creations. Every Ask AI request, Improve the writing included, is counted apart, against their own allowance on each plan.
- You see how many creations you have left before each run.
Ask AI is limited to 60 requests an hour for everyone. Plans may be paid monthly or yearly, through Razorpay, on Razorpay's own payment page. Settings offers one subscription per account; cancel it there, at the end of the period already paid for. A cancelled plan stays until the end of that period, then the account moves to the free plan. If you are ever charged for two subscriptions, contact us and we will cancel and refund one.
The Team plan is bought by a team admin for a number of seats, from the team's page. Every member of the team has the Team plan's features, and the team shares one monthly number of creations: the plan's creations per seat times its seats. A team cannot have more members than seats; an invitation beyond them is refused until an admin adds seats. A change of seats starts from the next billing period, with no charge or refund for part of a period. Creations made for the team stay counted in its month if their maker leaves. The site owner may also give a person or a team a plan without payment, for example during a pilot; Settings and the team page say so. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. On the free plan, share links and present mode show a small “Made with Claravo” line (publishing as a web page is not part of the free plan); downloaded files do not. Cancelling and refunds are described on the refunds and cancellation page.
Taxes. A buyer whose billing address is in India pays in rupees and is charged GST at 18%. The pricing page says whether a rupee price includes GST or has it added, and shows the whole amount before you pay. A buyer outside India pays in US dollars with no Indian GST, because the service is exported under a Letter of Undertaking. Every payment gets a tax invoice, in Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to try to get around its limits or security, or to overload it. We may suspend an account or take down a published page or shared link that breaks these terms; anyone can report one at /report.
In particular, do not upload, make, publish or share anything that:
- belongs to someone else and you have no right to use, or infringes a copyright, trade mark or other right;
- is obscene, sexual content involving children, invades someone's privacy, or is harassing, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable;
- is harmful to children, defamatory, deceptive or misleading, or knowingly false information presented as fact;
- impersonates a real person or organisation, including AI images or text made to look like a real person said or did something they did not;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other states or public order, or incites an offence;
- contains malware or anything designed to interfere with a computer system;
- breaks any law in force, including gambling, money-laundering and election laws.
Do not use Claravo's AI to make decisions about people's jobs, credit, insurance, housing, education or access to services; to manipulate elections; or for anything the usage policies of Anthropic or OpenAI forbid. Do not resell Claravo, scrape it, or use it to build a competing AI model. In appropriate circumstances we close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
The buttons, videos and booking calendars you put on a published page are yours to choose, and must follow these terms too: no links to harmful, deceptive or unlawful sites or content, and only videos and calendars you are entitled to share. We may take the page down if one of them breaks these terms. A video or calendar is provided by its own service (YouTube, Vimeo, Calendly or Cal.com), under that service's terms.
Availability and no guarantees
The service is provided as it is and as available. It may change, or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we give no promise, express or implied, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that what it writes is accurate or complete, or that it suits a particular purpose. You decide whether to rely on a deck or document, and you check it first (see “AI-written content”).
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data; and our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to Claravo or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for Claravo in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim, or ₹5,000 if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
Your responsibility for claims
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded, made, published or shared, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in handling it.
Suspension, closing an account and your data
You can stop using Claravo and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts the service or other users at risk; where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we stop offering Claravo, or close your account for a reason other than a breach, we give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data (Settings → Your data), and refund any payment for the time left. The parts of these terms that by their nature should last (ownership, limits on liability, your responsibility for claims, and the law and disputes) continue after an account is closed.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first (write to the Grievance Officer), it is decided by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator, seated in Vadodara, Gujarat, in English. Either side may ask a court for urgent interim relief, for example to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. If you are in another country, any rights its law gives you that cannot be changed by agreement still apply.
Changes
We will say on this page when these terms change, with the date at the top. For a change that matters to you, such as a change to what you pay, to these limits or to how your data is used, we email the account's address at least 30 days before it takes effect. A price change applies from your next renewal after that. If you do not agree, cancel before then: a change that takes effect during a period you have already paid for lets you ask for a refund of the time left. Changes needed to follow the law or to fix a security problem can take effect sooner.
General
These terms, with the privacy notice, the data processing agreement and the refunds page, are the whole agreement between you and us about Claravo. If a court or arbitrator finds part of them invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we give it up. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our agreement; we may transfer them to a company that takes over Claravo, and will tell you if we do.
