About Claravo
Claravo is an AI presentation and report maker that checks the numbers. It writes decks and reports from your files, spreadsheets, a web page or a brief, then looks up each number in the source it came from, so you can see what holds up before you present.
Why we built it
AI tools can write a convincing deck in a minute. But language models are known to invent figures, and a wrong number in front of a board, an investor or a client costs far more than the time the tool saved. Most AI presentation tools leave that check to you.
Claravo starts from the opposite end: the numbers. Every figure on a slide should point back to the file, page or cell it came from, and anything that does not should be easy to spot. We want people to stand behind the decks they present.
The rules it is built on
- Never invent facts. Where there is no source for a figure, a slide states the question it must answer instead of making one up.
- Look each number up. Each number on a slide is looked up in the sources it cites and marked as found, found elsewhere or not found. How the check works, and what it does not check.
- Compute charts, never guess them. Chart values are computed from your spreadsheet, and the speaker notes state the arithmetic.
- Never report success for work that did not happen. Each file is reopened and checked before it is offered for download.
What you can do with it
- Make decks, reports and social carousels from your files or a brief, and download editable PowerPoint, Word or PDF.
- Write onto your own company PowerPoint template, or one of the built-in themes.
- Check the numbers in a deck, report or email made with any tool against the files behind it. No AI runs for it.
- Start from one of 32 free templates for proposals, board updates, business cases and more.
