Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, you can write to the Grievance Officer about how your personal information is handled, or about anything on Claravo you think is unlawful. Say who you are, how to reach you, what the complaint is about and, for a page or link, its address. We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours of receiving it and resolve it within 7 days; a request to remove content that the law requires us to remove faster is handled within the time the law sets. The Grievance Officer also handles complaints about personal information from anywhere in the world.
