Claravo
Check a deck

Check the numbers in any deck or document.

Made it yourself, with a colleague, or with another AI tool? Upload the PowerPoint, Word file or PDF (or paste the text) and the files behind it. Claravo looks up every number in it in those files and shows you what it found, before it goes in front of anyone.

  1. 01Upload the deck or documentA PowerPoint file (.pptx), a Word file (.docx) or a PDF made anywhere, or paste the text of an email, memo or post.
  2. 02Add the files it was built fromThe spreadsheets, reports and documents its numbers should come from.
  3. 03Read the reportEach number is looked up in those files and marked with what was found. Years and small counts such as “3 steps” are left out, and the report says so.

What each number can be marked

  • In the cited source
  • In a source (no source named on the slide)
  • Not in any source

The full list of marks is on how numbers are checked.

What it costs, and what it does not do

  • No AI runs for a check, so it is free on every plan and is not counted as a creation. The deck and files are saved to your account like any upload.
  • Found means the same value appears in a source. It does not mean the source is right, or that it says what the slide says: that is for you to read, and the report shows where each number was found.
  • The checked deck opens as an editable Claravo deck, so you can fix what the report finds and export it again.
