Is this the file they sent?
Every PowerPoint, PDF and Word file made with Claravo is sealed when it is exported. Drop one here to see whether it is still the file Claravo made, or which slides were changed after it left. You do not need an account, and the file is not kept.
A PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF or Word (.docx) file, up to 60MB.
What is compared
The file itself, byte for byte, and then the words and numbers on each slide, page or section, in order. A file saved again in PowerPoint or Word gets new bytes even when nothing was changed, so a file whose words and numbers all match is said to be exactly that. Pictures, colours and layout are not compared. A file is matched to the export it came from by the seal in its properties, or, for a PDF, by its slides’ text; a file too short to tell apart from others is not matched. Whether its numbers come from their sources is shown only when the person who exported it chose to share that check.
