Quarterly business review template for PowerPoint

For a client: results against goals, what drove them, and next quarter.

Free, and not counted as a creation. You get your own copy to edit, in any theme.

When to use it

Use it every quarter with a client, to show results against the goals you agreed and to agree the next quarter.

How to use it

  1. Make your own copy. It opens in the editor, where you can change the theme and edit anything.
  2. Fill in the fields below, and answer the question each slide asks with your own content and numbers.
  3. Download it as an editable PowerPoint file, or as a PDF. The file is reopened and checked before it is offered.

Slide by slide

  1. [client] quarterly review [quarter] · [company]
  2. The quarter in one slide How did [quarter] go for [client], in one sentence?
  3. Results against goals Against which goal?, Against which goal?, Against which goal?
  4. What drove the results What went better than planned, and why? What went worse, and why?
  5. Next quarter The priorities. What we need from [client].
  6. Next steps What we are asking [client] to agree to for next quarter.
