Project kick-off template for PowerPoint

Start an engagement aligned: goals, scope, plan, team, ways of working.

Free, and not counted as a creation. You get your own copy to edit, in any theme.

When to use it

Use it in the first meeting of a project, so everyone leaves agreeing on goals, scope, plan and who does what.

How to use it

  1. Make your own copy. It opens in the editor, where you can change the theme and edit anything.
  2. Fill in the fields below, and answer the question each slide asks with your own content and numbers.
  3. Download it as an editable PowerPoint file, or as a PDF. The file is reopened and checked before it is offered.
